Litigation Attorney (Florida-Barred)
Remote (South Florida-Based) | $130K–$200K + Bonus

We’re looking for a litigation attorney who wants real responsibility, high-impact work, and a clear path to growth.
The Role
You will handle cases from inception through resolution, including:
- Case investigation and strategy development
- Drafting complaints, motions, and written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Arguing motions and participating in hearings
- Direct client interaction
- Collaborating with partners on litigation strategy
- Trial preparation and participation in state and federal court

Qualifications
Required
- Florida Bar admission
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
Preferred
- Deposition and motion practice experience
- Federal court exposure
- Background in litigation-heavy environments (plaintiff or defense)
- Graduated with honors undergrad or law school
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $130,000 – $200,000
Performance-based bonus tied to contribution and results

Work Environment
This is a primarily remote position for candidates based in South Florida, with occasional in-person appearances as needed. Attorneys collaborate through regular team strategy meetings and ongoing mentorship.
